The Microschool Initiative encourages Christian churches and families in Florida to adopt a God-centered approach to education and explore public school alternatives. Through strategic partnerships with respected providers, we aim to empower families with a wide range of educational choices that reflect their faith and values, paving the way for transformative learning experiences.

Role Overview: As an Education Consultant aka “Ambassador” for the Microschool Initiative, you will be crucial in supporting and guiding individuals and Churches in establishing and operating successful non-traditional learning environments (microschools). • Schoolbox Course Completion Support: Work with clients as they complete SchoolBox courses, ensuring they stay on track and meet their objectives.
  • Regular Meetings: Conduct a minimum of 8 meetings with each client (2 hours per SchoolBox course), focusing on course content and other relevant topics. Attend a bi-weekly internal team meeting remotely.
  • Timely Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to address their needs and concerns. Present bi-weekly status updates for your region at the bi-weekly team meeting.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the community, heavily focusing on churches, to foster support for microschools and the broader goals of the Florida Citizen’s Alliance.
