2024 FLCA Performance-Based Compensation Package

Welcome to the Florida Citizen’s Alliance’s Microschool Initiative!

We are excited to offer you an opportunity to join our dynamic team as an ambassador (education consultant). Our mission is to inspire Christian churches and families throughout Florida to educate children in a biblical worldview and support the creation of public school alternatives. As an ambassador, you will play a vital role in mentoring and supporting these non-traditional learning environments (microschools) through their journey. Below, you’ll find the comprehensive details of our performance-based salary structure designed to reward your dedication and success.

Training Compensation

To ensure you are well-prepared for your role, we have partnered with the Herzog Foundation’s SchoolBox to provide you with extensive training, compensated as follows:

Total Training Compensation: $1,250

• $625.00 upon completion of the HF SchoolBox training
• $625.00 upon completion of the HF Homeschool training

Performance-Based Compensation

As an ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to mentor microschool founders (clients) through all 8 courses in the SchoolBox program, including their launch. Your secondary responsibility will be engaging churches and families in your region and growing your client book. Your compensation will be performance-based, reflecting the success and milestones achieved by the microschools you mentor.

Total Payment per Microschool: $5,000.00 (distributed as follows):

1. $1,250.00 after the school has completed all 8 SchoolBox courses
2. $1,250.00 when the microschool officially launches
3. $2,500.00 when the microschool successfully enters its second year

Transition Bonus

To recognize and reward your exceptional performance, we are offering a transition bonus for ambassadors who achieve a significant milestone:

$4,000.00 bonus for individuals who mentor and launch a minimum of 3 new non-traditional learning environments in the 2024 calendar year.

Summary of Compensation

• Training Compensation: $1,250.00
• Mentoring Compensation: $5,000.00 per microschool
• Transition Bonus: $4,000.00 for launching 3 new microschools in the 2024 calendar year

Note: This compensation package stands alone. It operates separately from FLCA affiliate partner agreements, including the HF Schoolbox Mentor Services Agreement.
